| In his 1952 book The Origins of Totalitarian Democracy, Israeli historian J. L. Talmon described a political system in which lawfully elected representatives rule a nation state whose citizens, although granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of government. The federal government has become such a system, an entity unto itself operating outside of Constitutional constraints and unaccountable to the American people. The United States is now controlled by a Democratic and Republican ruling class that transcends government and sees itself as distinct from the rest of society and as the only element that may act on its behalf.The ruling class considers those who resist it as having no moral or intellectual right, and, only reluctantly, any civil right to do so. Power rests, not with the citizens, but with a relatively small group of politicians and financiers, who enhance their personal wealth and privilege by looting the country through a self-serving legislative process. They maintain their authority by adjusting the levers of government and using the establishment media to manipulate public perception and opinion. Barack Obama, a coffeehouse communist, leads a dishonest and lawless cabal of far-left ideologues, whose goal is to promote socialist policies that can only be implemented at the expense of personal liberty. Republican leaders neither contest that view nor oppose their Democrat counterparts because they do not want to challenge the ruling class, they want to join it. The GOP leadership has gradually solidified its choice to no longer represent what had been its constituency, but to adopt the identity of junior partners in the ruling class. There is now a sharp division between the bipartisan ruling class and the rest of the American populace, who are considered retrograde, racist, and dysfunctional unless properly controlled by the dictates of central authority. When blatant and outrageous lies are no longer sufficient to soothe the electorate into complacency, such a government must begin to curtail freedom and oppress the people in order to remain in power. The present political environment, that is, the separation between the rulers and the ruled, bears comparison to the events leading up to the American Revolution. On January 10, 1776, nearly six months before the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Paine published the forty-eight page pamphlet Common Sense, which openly presented arguments supporting the freedom of the American colonies from oppressive British rule. According to Paine, a society arises because individuals living alone in nature find shared benefit by living together rather than remaining isolated. In an ideal society, where each individual acts in a morally just fashion toward every other individual in the society, there is no need for laws and government. Only when moral virtue is inadequate to restrain human evil, do laws become necessary; and only when a society becomes too large to operate by collective agreement and as individual enforcers of those laws do governments become necessary. In such circumstances, the balance between society and government will determine the balance between individual liberty and functionality of the society. In complex societies, in the absence of laws and government, chaos will prevail. When laws become too numerous and government too large, individual liberty suffers. The efficiency and effectiveness of government are directly dependent upon the trustworthiness of government officials as representatives and executors of the views and desires of the people. In other words, whenever the interests of government officials divert from or are in conflict with those of the people, tyranny ensues. The attributes that best describe how America is now governed are executive overreach, legislative complicity, judicial partisanship, and journalistic acquiescence. The erosion of the Constitution and the theft of our Constitutional rights have been occurring incrementally and quietly over a long period of time. With the election of Barack Obama in 2008, those efforts have accelerated. In contrast to what Thomas Paine wrote in The Rights of Man (1791), the Obama "utopian" model sees individual rights as privileges, not endowed by God, but granted via political charter, and, thereby, legally revocable to ensure the "good order" of society. It is a collectivist philosophy that directly conflicts with the principles outlined in the Constitution, where government is a construct of and accountable to its citizens, as Paine noted: "The fact, therefore, must be that the individuals, themselves, each, in his own personal and sovereign right, entered into a contract with each other to produce a government: and this is the only mode in which governments have a right to arise, and the only principle on which they have a right to exist." The Obama nightmare could be ended at any time simply by telling the truth. To do so, however, would expose the rampant corruption of our political and media elite, reveal their complicity in Obama's violations of Constitution, uncover their willful ignorance of his alleged felonies and confirm their participation in the greatest election fraud and Constitutional crisis in American history. Both the Democrat and Republican parties know that exposing Obama would reveal their dereliction of duty, their complicity in undermining the Constitution, and their continuous flouting of the rule of law. They know that the truth would topple the corrupt status quo and terminate their exclusive grip on political power, allowing the American people to regain control of their government. The political and media elite will do anything to prevent that. The status quo is no longer defensible. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which may well lead to national collapse and fragmentation. I read this last night before going to bed.
12-6-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony [via Montana] THERE ARE PRIVILEGED PEOPLE GETTING PAID. GOVERNMENT PEOPLE, AGENCY PEOPLE, THEIR FRIENDS, THEIR FAMILY...GETTING PAID IN THE LAST 3 DAYS. THEY ARE ALMOST DONE AND YOU ARE NEXT. OUR RATES WILL STILL BE HIGH. OUR 5-7 DAYS DOESN'T START TILL IT GOES LIVE FOR US. I DO BELIEVE ITS EATING INTO THE 30 DAYS BUT THEY NEVER EXPECTED US TO TAKE 30 DAYS SO THE 30 DAYS IS NOT AN ISSUE...WE ARE CLOSE.
I sat right up in bed in the wee hours of the morning and said out loud, “That’s what the bastards are planning.” I think I have figured out their gameplay. First let me bring to your recall a couple of previous news items from your blog.
1. 1. 4 Trillion or 4 QT dollars were transferred into the Republic’s Treasury.
2. 2. Jack Lew is the Treasurer for the Republic
3. 3. During the debt ceiling farce, it was reported that Treasury doesn’t have to submit any reports until Feb. 2014
4. 4. Large denomination Dinar bills held by individuals will not be honored for exchange per Iraqi law starting Jan 1, 2014.
Taking all these points into account, this is the scenario I believe they are running.
The so-called elite are exchanging their dinars privately into other monetary instruments that will be viable whenever the revaluation takes place publicly. I believe the money transferred into the Republic’s Treasury is being used to back these private exchanges. These bastards are delaying the revaluation until Jan 1, 2014 so that all the common folks’ dinars will not be able to be exchanged. The dinar holders will then be pissed and these parasites are counting on the dinar holders to cause havoc at the banks. Then the White House can declare a National emergency and enforce police state martial law. This would then stop the Farm Claims from being delivered and would also suspend whatever is remaining of the Constitution. Stopping the Farm Claims stops the terms of the settlement which is this country returning to a Constitutional Government.
This scenario cements the Obama administration in power as a Dictatorship. These so-called elite have their money, the general public is screwed and in worse shape than what we are in now. What is supposed to be our blessing is being turned into a nightmarish hell.
If this is the scenario they are running, we need to figure out some way of asserting enough pressure to force the revaluation to be made public without initiating the civil unrest that would trigger the martial law. I hope shining light into this scenario is the first major step on asserting that pressure to have this revalution move forward with enough time that we can all exchange at the high rate and before Jan 1, 2014.

Federal Government Seceded a Long Time Ago, way Before Obama Took

The Federal Government Seceded when the Federal Reserve Bank was Created.
In 1861.
The Federal government seceded from the states and our
constitution first. The southern states broke away from the union. The reason
is, the Federal government broke the compact or contract. The Federal government overstepped their
boundaries in the Constitution. Southern States seceding had
nothing to do with slavery. It had everything to do with states’ rights.
In 1913.
The 16th and 17th Amendment were
announced ratified, without three-fourths of the states. The Federal Reserve act passed on Christmas eve in 1913. It happened
in the dark of night when Congress was in recess. A handful of congressmen and senators, by a voice vote, passed this
backdoor legislation. President Woodrow Wilson signed the bill into law. The Federal government seceded from the Constitution for the
bankers.
The Federal government seceded from the
Constitution, when they turned the power of congress coining of money and
monetary policy over to a private central bank. It is almost 100 years
later. This Private, central bank has been the source of trouble to
our economy.

The Federal government seceded from the Constitution making it illegal to own gold. This is the currency of the constitution, now made illegal. FDR signed into law the Federal Firearms act and the National Firearms Act starting to chip away at the second Amendment in our Bill of Rights. A real dangerous precedent FDR did, also, was placing Japanese Americans in interment camps. They were denied the right of Habeas Corpus or the right of due process, under fifth amendment in the Bill of Rights. FDR abused the power of the executive branch. The federal government seceded from the separation of powers that placed checks and balances on all three branches of government. The Federal Government seceded from the people, the states and the constitution, for most of the 20th century and all of the new millennium. Most Presidents, since President Wilson, have all seceded from our republican form of government, under the guise of war powers or a national emergency. They claimed implied powers not in the constitution. We cannot pin the blame all on Obama. George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, Reagan, Carter, Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy, Eisenhower, Truman, FDR, Hoover; all have seceded from the Constitution one way or the other. They all assumed authority, usurping the power of congress, the states and the courts. This is why the states must secede and dissolve the Federal government that has been taken over by the bankers and the UN. States can have self-government or start a new confederacy under the articles of confederation which is not repealed. Our nation is in trouble. The Federal government has been taken over, by foreign interest, with intent to take us down. This is the Federal government seceding from our original form of government. To say we are leaving the union, we do not go to the White House to leave the union. We go to our state legislatures to move for a political divorce from Washington DC. If the state legislature will not listen to nullification or secession, then we hold a special election to remove them from power. We can place people in office responding to the will of the people. It is clear the people want a political divorce from the Federal government. Washington has seceded a long time ago from the states, the people and our Constitution, since the Federal government has no intentions of ceasing and desisting the abuse of power. They have broken the contract, long ago. States must stop acting like the victim suffering from battered spouse syndrome, when we are abused. As a man who beats his wife has abandoned the vows made before God, the Federal government, that abuses the people and the states, has abandoned the compact made under the Constitution. We see the Federal government seceded from the principles that made our country great. The people of the several states have to overcome battered wives syndrome. The states can survive without the federal government. We can live without the IRS and the Federal Reserve Bank. Our healthcare system will do better without Obamacare. We do not need the TSA to feel safe traveling. We do not need Homeland Security to support our national security needs. We do better on our own. We are a very capable of self-government. We can govern ourselves without Washingtons’ help. Why do we need this abusive Federal government, anymore? (this above has been slightly amended from what's at the link)
